reach quite early then we went toilet after that jog the park one round

Had Enterprise yesterday, anyway i think i presented badly
then after school went library did RJ then went off to Bishan park for Muay thai training.
today cheat with YT LOL!
we from the toilet we are suppose to run one big round we cut short, then walk all the way back. =.=

okay training was quite slack, and that kashim kick the pads
super strong i take the pads and hit my nose!
lucky i did have fracture like YK

that's all after that went 925 ate chicken chop and watch contender and i went back train more a bit.

END OF THE DAY!

Some bruise are due to fell during Muay Thai training.
i'm so into muay thai nowadays.
take over passion for basketball even though sometime i still miss basketball
BUT overall it is still okay.
